I ordered an incorrect size. Am I eligible for a replacement?

  • If the wrong size was ordered, please note that a size chart is available on every product page and we are unable to replace items purchased in an incorrect size. We kindly recommend reviewing your measurements carefully before placing your order.

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

  •  If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send your full name, order number, clear photos, and a brief explanation of the issue within 5 days of receiving your order so we can process a replacement.
  • Please be reminded that items that have been washed or worn may no longer qualify for replacement.
